Our approach to privacy

Scout Signal is built privacy-first and parent-safe. Athletes and families decide what is shared, with whom, and when. We aim to collect only what is needed to provide the service.

This site is a pre-launch preview. The interactive forms here are demonstrations and do not store or transmit real personal information.

Information we would collect

In the live product, we would collect basic account details (such as name, email, and role), profile information you choose to add, and usage signals that help the experience work. For youth athletes, family controls and consent come first.

We would not sell personal information, and we would not enable adult-to-minor direct messaging on public surfaces.

How information would be used

Information would be used to operate the platform, personalize parent-safe guidance through Scout Assist AI, and improve the product. Visibility and sharing stay in the hands of athletes and families.

Your choices and control

Athletes and families would be able to review, update, and control what is visible, and request changes to their information. Parents would have controls appropriate for youth athletes.

Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact page. A binding privacy policy will be published before any real data is collected.

This is a pre-launch preview. This page is a placeholder and not legal advice. Final, binding policies will be published before Scout Signal collects real personal information or processes any payments.
